Conference Registration

Step 1: Register

Registration includes: (1) Kickoff Dinner at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, (3) breakfasts, (3) lunches, snacks for the event duration, and all conference programming. Registration does NOT include the hotel room.

Registration CLOSED as of August 31, 2019. Please email redcapcon@bcchr.ca or redcap@vumc.org with any questions.

Guest dinner tickets can be bought until September 9th.


Important Information

  • Because we are in Canada, the registration fee is set firm in Canadian Dollars. As the currency exchange rates fluctuate, so will the amount paid in USD (or other currencies).

    • The registration fees were set firm on February 21, 2019 (Early Bird - C$725), and May 1, 2019 (Regular - C$800).

  • You may use the Bank of Canada website to check your exchange rate at the time of your registration. 

  • Extra Guest Kickoff Dinner ticket: you may bring family or friends with you to the Kickoff Dinner.

  • Cancellation Policy: Registrants have until 12 pm PST on Monday, August 5, 2019 to cancel their registration and receive a refund (less the administration fee). After that time, refunds are not available. Even if you are not eligible for a refund, we greatly appreciate you letting us know that you can't attend.
